Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge recommendations and personalized assistance
- Manage cash operations and POS transactions with accuracy and efficiency
- Supervise junior staff and provide on-the-job training for new hires
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards and product displays
- Implement inventory management procedures including stock replenishment and cycle counts
- Drive sales growth through upselling, promotions, and loyalty program engagement
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints promptly with professionalism
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with 2+ years retail experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic inventory management software
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Problem-solving aptitude and attention to detail in cash handling
- Leadership potential with experience mentoring junior team members
- Health and beauty product knowledge or willingness to learn quickly
