Watsons is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Assistant to join our dynamic team at Megah Rise Mall. As a leading health and beauty retailer, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining high standards of service. This full-time role offers a fantastic opportunity to showcase your leadership skills and retail expertise in a vibrant shopping environment.

In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly while providing top-tier assistance to every customer. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and upholding our visual merchandising standards. As a Senior Assistant, you will also mentor junior staff and assist the store manager with daily operations, making you an integral part of our success story.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving complaints efficiently.
  • Assist in driving store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling of Watsons products.
  • Maintain the sales floor in pristine condition, ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to merchandising guidelines.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage change.
  • Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and processing deliveries to ensure optimal product availability.
  • Mentor and train junior team members to ensure consistent service standards across the department.
  • Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail sales, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.
  • Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with shoppers.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and peak shopping seasons.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems.
  • Positive attitude, high energy, and a strong commitment to the company’s values.
