Watsons is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Customer Assistant to join our dynamic team at Megah Rise Mall. In this position, you will be responsible for ensuring the store operates smoothly while providing top-tier assistance to every customer. You will play a key role in driving sales, managing inventory, and upholding our visual merchandising standards. As a Senior Assistant, you will also mentor junior staff and assist the store manager with daily operations, making you an integral part of our success story.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, offering product recommendations, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Assist in driving store sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling of Watsons products.
- Maintain the sales floor in pristine condition, ensuring products are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to merchandising guidelines.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage change.
- Assist with stock replenishment, inventory counts, and processing deliveries to ensure optimal product availability.
- Mentor and train junior team members to ensure consistent service standards across the department.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail sales, preferably in the FMCG or beauty industry.
- Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with shoppers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends, public holidays, and peak shopping seasons.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS systems.
- Positive attitude, high energy, and a strong commitment to the company’s values.
