Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service and product recommendations to shoppers
- Assist with store operations including inventory management and stock replenishment
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the checkout counter
- Support visual merchandising activities to maintain an attractive store appearance
- Train and mentor junior customer assistants on store procedures and customer service standards
- Monitor store security and ensure compliance with company policies
- Collaborate with the store management team to achieve sales targets
- Participate in regular staff meetings and training sessions
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of experience in retail customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic knowledge of health and beauty products is preferred
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Proficiency in operating POS systems and basic computer applications
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Positive attitude and passion for customer service
