As a Senior Customer Assistant, you will be the first point of contact for our valued customers, offering personalized advice on skincare, cosmetics, and health products. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and inspire the front-of-store team to deliver outstanding customer service and maintain high operational standards.
- Greet customers warmly, assess their needs, and provide expert product recommendations to drive sales.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Assist in the receipt, pricing, and display of merchandise, including handling markdowns effectively.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions accurately, including cash handling and processing various payment methods.
- Mentor and support new or junior staff members, providing training on product knowledge and service protocols.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and hygienic store environment in compliance with Watsons health and safety regulations.
- Stay updated on the latest product launches, promotions, and company policies to effectively inform customers.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service, preferably in the beauty or health industry.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a retail setting.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with point-of-sale (POS) systems.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays.
- Enthusiastic about health, wellness, and beauty products.
- High level of energy, reliability, and professional appearance.
- Possession of a valid MyKad is required.
