Join Watsons as a Senior Customer Assistant at Quayside Mall and become the face of our premium retail experience. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver outstanding customer service through personalized product recommendations and query resolution
- Drive sales by promoting promotions, new launches, and loyalty programs
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and store presentation excellence
- Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge and service protocols
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and manage cash handling
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock replenishment processes
- Collaborate with team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Implement loss prevention measures and uphold security protocols
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with 2+ years in retail/customer service
- Proven experience in sales-driven environments with strong product knowledge
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Basic proficiency in inventory management systems and POS software
- Strong problem-solving abilities with customer-centric approach
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced retail settings
- Previous experience in beauty/wellness retail is advantageous
