Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting shoppers with their product queries and recommendations.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently to process transactions, handle cash, and manage returns.
- Assist in inventory management, including stock replenishment, checking expiry dates, and organizing shelf displays to ensure a well-stocked and attractive store environment.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the store, including the front counter, shelves, and fitting rooms.
- Support the store manager in daily operations, merchandising activities, and ad-hoc tasks as required.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the supply chain team to minimize out-of-stock situations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Possess strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with diverse customers and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, as per business needs.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with retail POS systems is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification is required.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to medium weights as needed.
