Tanggung Jawab
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, answering inquiries, and resolving complaints efficiently.
- Assist customers in selecting products, providing expert advice on skincare, wellness, and beauty products.
- Process sales transactions accurately and handle cash handling responsibilities with integrity.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management, replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment in accordance with company standards.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Participate in store promotions and events to engage with the community.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse customers.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and under pressure during peak hours.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Passion for the beauty and wellness industry is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
