- Provide exceptional customer service and assistance to all customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Handle customer inquiries regarding products, promotions, and store policies
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Operate point-of-sale systems efficiently and accurately
- Participate in store merchandising, stocking, and inventory management
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Support team members and assist the store manager with daily operations
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or retail is preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer literacy and ability to operate POS systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
