Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with product inquiries, recommendations, and solutions.
  • Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process sales, returns, exchanges, and loyalty card transactions.
  • Assist in receiving, checking, pricing, and stocking merchandise to ensure inventory accuracy and freshness.
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment.
  • Handle customer complaints and feedback professionally, resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and operational goals.
  • Support the store manager with daily operational tasks, stock counts, and reporting.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum SPM / O-Level qualification or Diploma in any field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, public holidays, and evenings.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, and able to work well within a team environment.
