As a Senior Customer Assistant, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and enhancing the customer shopping experience. You will assist in product selection, provide professional advice on skincare and health products, and ensure the store maintains a welcoming and organized environment. Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service by greeting customers and assisting with product inquiries.
- Provide professional advice on skincare, cosmetics, and health products to meet customer needs.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Assist with inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback constructively and escalate issues when necessary.
- Promote Watsons loyalty programs and special offers to maximize sales.
- Collaborate with the store team to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in any field (experience will be considered).
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Proficient in using computer systems and POS software.
- High level of product knowledge in health, beauty, and personal care.
- Positive attitude, detail-oriented, and team-oriented.
