Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, recommendations, and returns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately, ensuring all transactions are processed efficiently.
- Ensure store shelves are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing according to company merchandising standards.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve complaints effectively to maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Assist in inventory management, stock replenishment, and stocktaking activities.
- Adhere to company policies, hygiene standards, and safety protocols at all times.
- Participate in promotional activities and merchandising campaigns to boost sales performance.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/SPM-V or equivalent qualification.
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Ability to work flexible working hours, including weekends, public holidays, and night shifts.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with POS systems is a plus.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a genuine passion for skincare, wellness, and retail.
- Ability to work well as part of a team and maintain a positive work environment.
