Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and inquiries resolution
- Drive sales achievement through upselling, promotions, and visual merchandising execution
- Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and store operations
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with stock replenishment, and ensure accurate record-keeping
- Maintain store presentation standards including shelf organization and cleanliness
- Process POS transactions accurately and handle cash management procedures
- Implement loss prevention strategies and report operational issues to management
Kualifikasi
- SPM or equivalent qualification with 2+ years in retail customer service
- Proven experience in sales targets achievement and customer relationship building
- Strong communication skills with fluency in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Basic proficiency in retail POS systems and inventory management software
- Leadership qualities with experience in team training and guidance
