Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and inquiries resolution
- Drive sales by demonstrating product knowledge and executing promotional campaigns
- Manage daily store operations including inventory management, merchandising, and visual standards
- Handle customer transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Train and mentor junior staff on customer service standards and operational procedures
- Monitor store appearance and cleanliness to ensure premium customer experience
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and escalate complex issues to management
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification with 2+ years in customer service or retail role
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport with diverse customers
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Proven sales ability with track record of meeting targets
