Are you a retail professional with a passion for health, beauty, and exceptional customer service? Watsons, Malaysia's leading health and beauty retailer, is looking for a dedicated Senior Customer Assistant to join our team at the Ecohill Taipan branch in Semenyih.
In this role, you will be the face of our brand, ensuring that every customer who walks through our doors receives expert advice and a seamless shopping experience. You will take ownership of store operations, mentor junior staff, and contribute to achieving our sales targets. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert product recommendations and personalized health and beauty advice to customers.
- Oversee daily store operations including inventory management, shelf stocking, and merchandising displays.
- Mentor and guide junior team members to ensure excellent service standards are met.
- Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Maintain accurate cash handling and point-of-sale (POS) transaction processing.
- Support promotional campaigns and ensure store layout compliance with corporate brand guidelines.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with management for replenishment orders.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work on a rotating shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of health, beauty, and personal care products.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; fluency in other local dialects is an added advantage.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment while maintaining attention to detail.
