Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver world-class customer service by actively engaging with customers and providing personalized product recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of store visual merchandising, cleanliness, and product display organization.
- Assist in the daily management of stock levels, including receiving shipments, shelving, and inventory tracking.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the point-of-sale (POS) terminal.
- Support store management in daily operational tasks, including shift handover and opening/closing procedures.
- Educate customers on current promotions, loyalty programs, and health/beauty product benefits.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members to ensure store targets are met.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent; retail experience is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with retail technology systems.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Passion for health, wellness, and beauty trends.
- Previous experience in a senior or supervisory retail role is considered a significant advantage.
