- Deliver outstanding customer service through product knowledge and personalized assistance
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems while maintaining cash handling protocols
- Manage stock inventory, replenish shelves, and ensure visual merchandising standards
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and empathy
- Actively promote products and achieve sales targets through upselling techniques
- Collaborate with team members to maintain store cleanliness and operational efficiency

Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification with 1-2 years retail experience
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and basic English
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems
- Positive attitude and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments
