- Deliver exceptional customer service through product recommendations and issue resolution
- Manage high-volume transactions accurately at point-of-sale systems
- Train and mentor junior staff on customer service protocols

- Process customer returns and exchanges according to company policy

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of retail or customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic retail software
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
