- Provide high-quality customer service and support to all shoppers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Assist in achieving daily sales targets and store KPIs through proactive selling.
- Supervise and guide junior team members on the sales floor to ensure operational excellence.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is tidy and organized.
- Handle cash register operations accurately and efficiently.
- Process stock replenishment and conduct regular inventory checks.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the Store Manager when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in retail or customer service roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proactive attitude with a focus on problem-solving and teamwork.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems.
