Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver exceptional customer service through personalized product recommendations and inquiries
- Efficiently process sales transactions and handle payment methods securely
- Manage store inventory including stock replenishment, rotation, and visual merchandising
- Resolve customer complaints promptly while maintaining brand standards
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and operational goals
- Train and mentor junior staff on product knowledge and service protocols
- Monitor store presentation standards and cleanliness throughout shift
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent with 1-2 years retail experience
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
- Proficiency in point-of-sale systems and basic inventory management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and public holidays
- Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving abilities
- Basic knowledge of health and beauty products preferred
- Team player with initiative and attention to detail
