Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and maintenance of scalable data pipelines to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to translate complex business requirements into clear, technical data specifications.
- Perform deep-dive analysis on large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using BI tools to provide real-time visibility into key performance metrics.
- Ensure data integrity and governance across all reporting layers through rigorous QA and validation processes.
- Mentor junior analysts on best practices for data modeling, visualization, and SQL optimization.
- Drive continuous improvement in data architecture by identifying bottlenecks and implementing performance enhancements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, data engineering, or business intelligence roles.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL, with proven experience in handling complex data transformations and large-scale datasets.
- Strong expertise in BI visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Working knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP) and modern data stack technologies.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex analytical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced global environment.
- Prior experience in the financial services sector is highly preferred.
