Join the GrabFin Analytics team as a Senior Data Scientist and drive innovation in Southeast Asia's leading fintech ecosystem. You'll support Grab's financial products across Payments, Lending, Insurance, and Kios by transforming complex data into actionable business insights. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement advanced analytics solutions for Grab's financial products (Payments, Lending, Insurance, Kios)
- Lead end-to-end data science projects from problem definition to deployment
- Create predictive models for risk assessment, customer segmentation, and product optimization
- Translate business requirements into data-driven solutions using statistical techniques
- Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate models into production systems
- Present findings to stakeholders through compelling visualizations and reports
- Mentor junior data scientists and foster best practices in analytics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field (Master's/PhD preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in data science/analytics with fintech or e-commerce background
- Expertise in Python, R, SQL, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and statistical modeling techniques
- Experience with big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop) and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure)
- Proven ability to translate business problems into data science solutions
- Excellent communication skills for presenting complex insights to non-technical stakeholders
