Tanggung Jawab
- Design, implement, and maintain high-availability database systems for SAP, POS, and in-house applications
- Monitor database performance and optimize query execution to ensure peak operational efficiency
- Develop and execute backup/recovery procedures while maintaining compliance with industry standards
- Implement security protocols to protect sensitive data and ensure regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with development teams to design database architectures for new applications
- Document database configurations, procedures, and troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Stay current with emerging database technologies and recommend strategic improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in database administration with enterprise systems
- Expertise in SQL and at least one major RDBMS (Oracle/SQL Server/MySQL/PostgreSQL)
- Hands-on experience with SAP database environments and POS system integrations
- Strong knowledge of database security principles, backup strategies, and performance tuning
- Certifications (Oracle OCP, SQL Server MCSA, or equivalent) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to work under pressure
