Aneka Busa Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team in Rajeg, Banten. In this pivotal role, you will be the engine behind our digital presence, responsible for crafting high-converting ad campaigns, nurturing leads, and ultimately driving substantial revenue growth for our organization.
The ideal candidate is not just a master of digital advertising metrics but a closer who understands the full sales funnelāfrom the initial click to the final closing of the deal. You will work closely with our sales and management teams to refine our customer acquisition strategies and ensure we consistently hit our omset targets.
Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, execute, and optimize end-to-end digital marketing campaigns across platforms like Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
- Actively generate high-quality leads and manage the pipeline to ensure a steady flow of potential customers.
- Perform diligent follow-up procedures on inbound leads to convert prospects into successful sales.
- Analyze campaign performance metrics (ROI, CPA, CTR) and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with overall corporate revenue and sales goals.
- Continuously test new creative assets, landing pages, and audience segments to scale performance.
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities within the foam and industrial manufacturing sector.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorās degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, specifically focused on lead generation and sales closing.
- Strong proficiency in digital advertising platforms (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
- Experience with CRM tools and lead management software to track the sales journey.
- Excellent communication and persuasive sales skills with a strong orientation toward hitting targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into strategic marketing decisions.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
