- Lead and develop a cross-functional FP&A service delivery team across ASEAN & South Pacific markets
- Design and implement financial planning frameworks, budgeting processes, and forecasting models
- Drive continuous improvement in financial analytics and reporting capabilities
- Collaborate with regional business leaders to align financial strategies with corporate objectives
- Oversee financial risk management and compliance across assigned territories
- Present financial insights and strategic recommendations to C-suite executives
- Mentor finance professionals and cultivate a culture of financial excellence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (MBA/CPA preferred)
- 12+ years of progressive FP&A experience with 5+ years in leadership roles
- Proven experience managing financial operations across multiple Asian markets
- Expertise in financial modeling, forecasting, and strategic planning
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate data into actionable business insights
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and financial software (SAP, Oracle)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
