Join SilTerra as a Senior Director of Manufacturing and lead our transformative operations at Kulim Hi-Tech Park. This pivotal role demands strategic leadership to drive operational excellence, enhance productivity, and uphold uncompromising quality standards across all manufacturing processes. You will spearhead initiatives to optimize production efficiency, implement lean methodologies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. As a key decision-maker, you'll oversee complex manufacturing operations, manage cross-functional teams, and collaborate with engineering and supply chain partners to achieve organizational goals. The ideal candidate will leverage deep industry expertise to navigate challenges, implement innovative solutions, and position SilTerra as a leader in semiconductor manufacturing.
Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations including production planning, process optimization, and resource allocation
- Develop and execute strategic initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce operational costs, and improve quality metrics
- Lead and mentor multidisciplinary teams, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and supply chain teams to resolve production issues and drive process enhancements
- Implement and maintain compliance with industry regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and utilize data analytics to make informed operational decisions
- Manage departmental budgets, capital expenditures, and resource planning to achieve financial targets
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum 12 years of manufacturing experience with 5+ years in senior leadership roles
- Proven track record in driving operational excellence, productivity improvements, and quality initiatives
- Expertise in lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies
- Strong strategic planning, budget management, and cross-functional leadership abilities
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, or high-tech manufacturing highly desirable
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
