As the Senior Director, you will serve as the primary link between stakeholders, engineering design teams, and on-site contractors. You will define the roadmap for project execution, ensuring strict adherence to global safety standards, operational timelines, and budgetary constraints. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide executive leadership for end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Center construction projects.
- Direct cross-functional teams including project managers, architects, and MEP engineers to meet aggressive project milestones.
- Develop and implement robust project governance frameworks to mitigate risk, manage costs, and ensure scheduling accuracy.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, government regulators, and external vendors/contractors.
- Drive continuous improvement in procurement, supply chain logistics, and site safety management systems.
- Oversee contract administration and ensure all builds remain compliant with international Data Center standards (Uptime Institute/TIA-942).
- Lead monthly operational reviews, providing actionable data and reporting on project health to the executive board.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or a related field; a Master’s degree or MBA is highly preferred.
- Minimum 15+ years of experience in heavy construction project management, with at least 5 years specifically within the Data Center or critical facility sector.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-million dollar projects through the full lifecycle from design and procurement to handover.
- Deep understanding of mission-critical facility infrastructure, including power distribution, cooling systems, and fire protection.
- Strong command of project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project) and ERP systems.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to influence C-suite level stakeholders.
- Recognized professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or relevant Engineering Professional status (PE/Chartered).
