Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 12 years of progressive leadership experience in branch management
- Proven track record of achieving 15%+ annual sales growth
- Expertise in semiconductor, clean technology, or advanced manufacturing sectors
- Strong financial acumen with P&L management experience
- Exceptional strategic planning and cross-cultural communication skills
- PMP or Six Sigma certification highly desirable
- Fluency in English and Mandarin required
