Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of quality engineering systems and processes
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and manufacturing efficiency
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve quality issues
- Design and execute quality testing methodologies and validation protocols
- Analyze quality data and metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Mentor and guide junior quality engineers to develop their technical expertise
- Present quality reports and recommendations to senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality engineering or related field
- Strong knowledge of quality management systems and methodologies (ISO 9001, Six Sigma, Lean)
- Experience with quality control tools and statistical analysis techniques
- Proficiency in quality management software and data analysis tools
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Experience in the semiconductor or electronics manufacturing industry is preferred
