- Lead end-to-end execution of semiconductor facility construction projects within SPMO framework
- Develop and implement innovative engineering solutions for complex construction challenges
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including architects, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, environmental standards, and quality benchmarks
- Optimize project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for maximum efficiency
- Drive continuous improvement in construction methodologies and program management
- Mentor junior engineers and foster knowledge sharing within the technical team
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field; Master's preferred
- Minimum 8 years of experience in large-scale industrial/construction projects
- Proven expertise in semiconductor or high-tech facility construction
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, building codes, and safety regulations
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (e.g., Primavera, MS Project)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, matrixed environments with multiple priorities
