- Prepare detailed cost estimates for full-building construction projects in Australia using CostX and Revit software
- Analyze project specifications, drawings, and documentation to determine material, labor, and equipment requirements
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and comprehensive cost analysis
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive pricing
- Review and analyze project risks and incorporate them into cost estimates
- Prepare tender documentation, including bills of quantities and cost breakdowns
- Monitor industry trends, material costs, and regulatory changes that may impact project costs
- Mentor junior estimators and provide guidance on best practices in construction estimation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction estimation with a focus on Australian projects
- Advanced proficiency in CostX and Revit software
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards
- Experience preparing full-building tenders and comprehensive cost estimates
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Professional certification in Quantity Surveying or Construction Estimation is preferred
