Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential, hospitality, and commercial construction projects
- Coordinate technical documentation and specifications across project phases
- Analyze blueprints, drawings, and material requirements for accurate budgeting
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve technical discrepancies
- Monitor project progress and provide cost variance reports
- Manage subcontractor bids and vendor negotiations
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations
- Develop risk mitigation strategies for budget and timeline control
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in construction estimation and technical coordination
- Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., CostX, WinEst)
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and Bali-specific regulations
- Proven ability to manage complex project documentation
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience with high-end residential or hospitality projects preferred
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
