Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate population health initiatives and strategic projects from inception to completion.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between internal departments and external stakeholders.
- Analyze health data and trends to identify opportunities for program improvement and efficiency.
- Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and briefings for senior management and governing bodies.
- Organize and facilitate meetings, workshops, and health screenings to support community engagement.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and healthcare guidelines.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar executive support or project coordination role.
- Strong understanding of population health concepts, healthcare systems, and community outreach.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and healthcare management software systems.
