CARiNG Pharmacy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Executive, Accounts to join our finance team in the Klang/Port Klang region. As a Senior Executive, you will take full ownership of the accounting lifecycle, ensuring that our financial operations are handled with the highest level of accuracy and integrity. You will be responsible for managing full sets of accounts, overseeing payroll administration, and ensuring that all reporting meets both internal standards and external regulatory requirements. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee the full spectrum of accounts, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Perform timely month-end and year-end closing activities to ensure financial data accuracy.
- Execute monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory contributions such as EPF, SOCSO, EIS, and PCB.
- Prepare comprehensive financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis for leadership review.
- Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and regulatory bodies for annual audits and tax submissions.
- Ensure strict adherence to Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and company internal controls.
- Monitor cash flow, manage fixed asset registers, and perform monthly bank reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic financial forecasts.
Kualifikasi
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, MIA).
- At least 3-5 years of working experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the retail or FMCG industry.
- Deep understanding of Malaysian statutory requirements, tax regulations, and accounting principles.
- Proven experience in handling full sets of accounts and payroll administration.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or SQL) and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Ability to work independently and meet tight reporting deadlines.
