Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting functions, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, and Accounts Receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with MFRS and local statutory requirements.
- Oversee bank reconciliations, cash flow management, and timely payment processing.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure smooth year-end audits and tax submissions.
- Perform variance analysis on budget versus actual spending to support management decision-making.
- Ensure strict adherence to company financial policies, tax regulations, and internal controls.
- Manage payroll processing and statutory contribution filings (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB).
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a Professional Qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or equivalent).
- Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in a similar accounting role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SQL Accounting, UBS, or SAP) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Malaysian taxation laws, SST, and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to meet tight deadlines while maintaining high accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and manage confidential information with integrity.
