We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Executive, Accounts to join the finance team at Elementx (M) Sdn Bhd. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive management of our financial operations, ensuring precision, compliance, and timely execution of all accounting functions. You will act as a key partner in driving financial accuracy and supporting the company’s strategic growth.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will encompass full-cycle accounts management, preparation of complex financial reports, and coordination with external auditors. You will also lead budget preparation and ensure that all financial activities adhere to strict corporate governance standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring all invoices and payments are processed accurately and on time.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in strict accordance with IFRS/MFRS standards.
- Coordinate with external auditors to facilitate the annual audit process and address any audit findings promptly.
- Develop, monitor, and maintain the annual budget and financial forecasts to support business planning.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax regulations, statutory requirements, and company internal controls.
- Perform regular bank reconciliations and manage the general ledger to ensure data integrity.
- Assist in financial analysis and provide actionable insights to management to support decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in a similar Senior Executive Accounts or Financial Controller role.
- Strong working knowledge of accounting software and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
- In-depth understanding of financial reporting standards and audit procedures.
- Excellent analytical skills with a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
