Tanggung Jawab
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including GL maintenance, month-end closing, and financial statement preparation
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes, ensuring timely and accurate transactions
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure compliance with Malaysian Financial Reporting Standards (MFRS) and statutory requirements
- Coordinate internal and external audits, implementing corrective actions as needed
- Develop and maintain financial controls to mitigate risks and ensure operational efficiency
- Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management through regular reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; professional certifications (ACCA/CA/CPA) preferred
- Minimum 5 years of progressive accounting experience with 2+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel functions
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations, GST compliance, and statutory filings
- Proven experience in financial reporting, auditing, and internal controls
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication abilities to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
