Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage all financial operations, including invoice reviews, data entry, and account reconciliation
- Handle asset depreciation calculations and maintain accurate fixed asset records
- Manage the invoicing process to ensure timely and accurate billing to clients
- Prepare and analyze financial reports to support management decision-making
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve financial discrepancies
- Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting processes
- Implement and maintain efficient accounting systems and procedures
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian accounting standards and tax regulations
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
