Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and analyze financial reports, including budget vs. actuals variance analysis
- Develop and maintain robust financial models for forecasting and scenario planning
- Assist in the preparation of management accounts and financial statements
- Contribute to the annual budgeting and planning process
- Monitor key performance indicators and provide actionable insights
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in financial reporting
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CA, CPA) or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of experience in management accounting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy in financial reporting
- Experience in a multinational corporation is preferred
