Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable processes including invoicing, collections, and reconciliations
- Analyze aging reports and customer payment patterns to optimize collection strategies
- Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding)
- Provide advisory support on credit policies and risk assessment for new partnerships
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment discrepancies and disputes
- Prepare monthly financial reports on receivables performance for management review
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across faculties
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA/CMA preferred)
- Minimum 3-5 years of accounts receivable experience in education or large institutions
- Advanced proficiency in accounting software (Oracle, SAP, or similar ERP systems)
- Expert knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and GST compliance
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret financial data and trends
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management and negotiation
- Proven track record of improving collection efficiency and reducing bad debts
- Detail-oriented approach with high accuracy in financial record-keeping
