Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and execute daily administrative operations to ensure seamless departmental workflow.
  • Manage office documentation, records, and filing systems in compliance with corporate policies.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for department heads and team members.
  • Prepare, proofread, and distribute internal reports, correspondence, and presentation materials.
  • Serve as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with professionalism.
  • Monitor office supply inventory and coordinate procurement processes as required.
  • Assist in the implementation of new administrative policies and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or office operations role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a high-volume environment.
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
  • Previous experience in the logistics or industrial sector (Pioneer region context) is highly desirable.
