As a Senior Executive, you will serve as the backbone of our administrative operations, managing tenant relations, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring compliance with company policies. Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee and manage daily property management administration and operations.
  • Handle tenant inquiries, lease renewals, and resolve complaints professionally.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate financial reports, budgets, and administrative records.
  • Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure timely property repairs and upkeep.
  • Assist in HR functions, including payroll processing and attendance tracking.
  • Organize company meetings, events, and travel arrangements.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and office protocols at all times.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in property management or corporate administration.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proven ability to multitask, prioritize workloads, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Valid driver’s license is an added advantage.
