Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and evaluate high-potential retail sites across the Central Region to meet company expansion targets.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to support site selection strategies.
  • Lead lease negotiations with landlords and property management agencies to secure favorable commercial terms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, design, and construction teams to ensure smooth site handovers and store openings.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key property developers and real estate brokers.
  • Prepare detailed financial feasibility studies and business cases for senior management approval.
  • Monitor and report on market trends, vacancy rates, and rental benchmarks within the retail property sector.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail business development, site acquisition, or commercial leasing.
  • Proven track record of successfully negotiating and closing retail space deals.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders.
  • High level of initiative, self-motivation, and resilience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
