- Develop and implement clinical coding standards and Mediclaim coding protocols
- Ensure compliance with MOH and regulatory requirements for healthcare documentation

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, or related field
- Professional certification in clinical coding (CCS, CPC, or equivalent)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare coding and documentation
- Expertise in ICD-10, CPT, and local coding systems
- Strong knowledge of MOH and Singapore healthcare regulations
- Experience with coding software and healthcare information systems
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
