Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and manage outsourced Environmental Services teams to ensure operational efficiency and high service quality.
- Monitor and evaluate cleanliness standards, ensuring full compliance with hospital regulations and infection control policies.
- Develop and implement Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) programs to minimize risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular audits, inspections, and quality checks to maintain accreditation standards.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to address service issues and optimize resource allocation.
- Lead training sessions for cleaning staff on best practices, equipment usage, and safety protocols.
- Manage operational budgets and monitor performance metrics to achieve financial and operational targets.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Facility Management, Environmental Services, or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare facility management or outsourced services management.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.
- In-depth knowledge of HSE compliance, hospital infection control standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
