Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the day-to-day finance operations and general accounting for SingHealth Fund sub-accounts.
- Prepare and review monthly financial statements, trial balances, and management reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial data and records.
- Support the accounts payable and receivable processes, including vendor management and invoicing.
- Assist in the budget preparation, tracking, and variance analysis for assigned funds.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, financial regulations, and corporate policies.
- Prepare necessary documentation and schedules for internal and external audits.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional accounting qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CA) is highly preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably within a corporate or large-scale organization.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel functions.
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
