Tanggung Jawab

  • Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to management, providing advisory services on organizational design and change management initiatives.
  • Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing, and successful onboarding of new hires.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive employee engagement programs to enhance retention and morale across the organization.
  • Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal company policies.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and talent reviews.
  • Analyze HR metrics and workforce data to provide actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with department heads to identify business needs and design appropriate HR solutions.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of progressive experience in HR, with a strong focus on HRBP or Recruitment.
  • Deep understanding of local employment laws and HR best practices in Singapore.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with a high level of emotional intelligence.
  • Proficient in HRIS, ATS systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to handle sensitive employee relations issues with confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team environment.
