  • Manage employee relations matters, providing advisory support and conflict resolution for nursing staff.
  • Conduct performance appraisals, identify training needs, and coordinate professional development programs.
  • Administer HR policies, benefits, and payroll processes specific to nursing personnel.
  • Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws and hospital standards regarding staff welfare.
  • Collaborate with department heads to optimize staffing schedules and resource allocation.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is highly desirable.
  • Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience in Nursing Human Resources or HR within a healthcare setting.
  • In-depth knowledge of Singapore’s employment laws, work pass regulations, and HRIS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.
