- Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of undergraduate medical education programs
- Develop and refine academic processes to enhance learning outcomes and operational efficiency
- Coordinate student assessments, examinations, and quality assurance protocols
- Manage logistical operations for clinical placements, workshops, and academic events
- Collaborate with faculty to align curriculum with healthcare industry standards
- Analyze educational data to identify improvement opportunities and implement evidence-based solutions
- Ensure compliance with accreditation requirements and institutional policies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Medicine, Health Sciences, Education, or related field; Master's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in medical education, academic administration, or healthcare training
- Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience in curriculum development and assessment coordination
- Knowledge of medical education accreditation standards (e.g., LCME, WFME)
- Proficiency in educational technology and data analysis tools
