Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage the planning, development, and execution of various Population Health programs and initiatives.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and external partners to design and implement integrated care models.
- Monitor program performance, track key metrics, and prepare comprehensive reports to assess effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement, including community partners, governmental agencies, and internal departments, to ensure seamless program delivery.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify emerging health trends, best practices, and innovative solutions in population health.
- Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful program outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and ethical guidelines in all program activities.
- Contribute to strategic planning sessions, offering insights and recommendations for future population health initiatives.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, Life Sciences, Social Sciences, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in healthcare management, project management, or population health initiatives.
- Proven experience in program planning, implementation, and evaluation, preferably within a hospital or community healthcare setting.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Understanding of Singapore's healthcare landscape and population health challenges is a strong advantage.
