Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute end-to-end talent acquisition strategies to meet business growth objectives.
- Partner with department heads to identify hiring needs and implement effective workforce planning strategies.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Drive HR transformation projects, including the implementation of new recruitment tools and process optimizations.
- Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline by utilizing innovative sourcing channels, including social media and networking.
- Provide expert advice to management on talent market trends, compensation benchmarking, and organizational structuring.
- Ensure compliance with all local labor laws and internal HR policies throughout the recruitment process.
- Track and report on key recruitment metrics to drive data-based decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a corporate or consultancy environment.
- Strong understanding of the recruitment landscape within Malaysia.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume recruitment while maintaining quality standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Strong project management skills with a focus on process improvement and HR transformation.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
